2021 is coming to a close. Time to reflect evaluate and make plans for the coming year.
Some believe setting massive goals will lead to massive action. Some believe this is too overwhelming and micro goals should be set up.
My personal belief is we should be doing both.
Big goals without sub-targets become overwhelming and unrealistic. Also, keep in mind life circumstances are always going to get in the way so be proud of and stay motivated with what you were able to accomplish. This doesn’t always mean we get to check something off our list but it could be a valuable life lesson that leads to future success.
So as 2022 approaches, take some time to reflect and embrace everything you have done this past year and look ahead to all of the great things you plan to accomplish in the new year.
