As artists, we tend to have high expectations for ourselves. We hear all of these amazing voices on the radio and wonder why we don’t sound like that. Or we see our favorite artist in concert and question why we aren’t at that level. We have this idea in our heads that these professional singers were born that way. That the first note they sang came out flawlessly. But most of the time, this is not the case! The people you listen to have had years of practice and training and continue to practice all of the time!
